About this item
- 1. Repair Before Replace: AOJEL S300 is a 2-part structural metal epoxy system and aluminum repair epoxy for prepared aluminum, steel, stainless steel, cast iron and cast aluminum; rebuilds rigid brackets, housings and castings
- 2. Control the Mix, Trust the Repair: AOJEL Repair Control 7-Step Protocol: PREPARE, PURGE, MIX, BUILD, ALIGN, CLAMP, CURE; purge until Parts A and B flow evenly, discard the first uneven bead, then mix true 1:1 until uniform
- 3. 30 Minutes to Get It Right: The AOJEL 30 / 3-4 / 24 System gives up to 30 minutes at 77°F/25°C to fill, build, position, align and clamp; 3-4 hours to initial set; at least 24 hours before loading or finishing
- 4. Cold-weld Alternative, Aojel Built-repair Method: Rebuild rigid metal without flame, sparks or welding setup; extend beyond the damage, build a hard repair body and reinforce load-bearing rigid repairs with a metal patch, mesh or bracket when needed
- 5. Built to Return Parts to Service: After full cure, S300 is waterproof, oil resistant and heat resistant up to 392°F; the cured repair is drillable, sandable, fileable, shapeable and paintable
- 6. Keep Useful Parts Working: For cracked castings, pot metal, stripped bolt or thread holes, worn rigid parts and prepared non-pressure exterior oil-pan or crankcase areas; restore function, reduce downtime and avoid unnecessary replacement
- 7. Prep Once, Make the Repair Count: Degrease and roughen the metal, dry-fit parts and stage clamps or reinforcement before mixing; cleaner application, easier alignment and fewer rushed decisions make the result more predictable
- 8. Everything Needed to Start: Each S300 unit includes one 1.69 oz / 50 ml dual cartridge, push rod and spatula; no extra applicator is required for standard repairs; a compatible dual-cartridge dispensing gun adds control for repeated or larger jobs
- 9. Control the Quantity, Keep Repair Within Reach: Each cartridge contains 1.69 oz / 50 ml. Mix only what the job requires, recap and store unmixed epoxy as directed; choose the 1-, 2-, 3- or 5-pack based on repair volume, multiple parts or workshop stock
- 10. Honest Engineering, Clear Limits: For rigid metal repairs only; not for PE, PP, PTFE, silicone, soft plastics, flexible or moving parts, torsion loads, fuel or brake lines, exhaust manifolds, internal engine cracks or pressure-critical systems
