If it's not quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and Duneford will email you return instructions. Depending on the item's packaged size and weight and how it needs to be collected, a change-of-mind return may have a return shipping or pickup cost. We only deduct the actual cost: we tell you the exact amount and get your OK before arranging a paid return, and if there is no cost, nothing is deducted. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.
